Orders and Returns


The price payable for the goods you order or purchase is as shown on our website at the time you submit your order or purchase plus any charges for delivery as advised to you.

All prices include the current applicable VAT rate.

Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or at all.

We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavors to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order and purchase, and any applicable charges for delivery, before your order can be processed unless we have agreed otherwise in advance.

For website orders, payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards, by completing the relevant details on the checkout page. By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order or purchase, you confirm that the card being used is yours or that you are authorised to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order or purchase, we will not be obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal, and we will not be liable for the item not being delivered or provided to you. We are not responsible for the card issuer or bank charging the holder of the card as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order or purchase. We recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including us.

Shipping & Delivery

Courier Services

For UK customers orders our aim is to dispatch your order as fast as possible using several different delivery courier services. This is based on orders received before 10.00am and all items being in stock with us or with the UK Manufacturer or Importer for same day dispatch. This service is only available on working days. NONE of our delivery courier services are guaranteed 'next day delivery'. Small items are shipped out Royal Mail Recorded delivery. This can take between one to two days to arrive. Please note that our online shop does not have stock availability. For really urgent orders please contact us before you place the order, and we can make any further courier arrangements if required.

Product Availability

Many of the products are held in stock and are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days from receipt of your order, if this changes we will contact you at the earliest possibility.

All other items a sent direct from the UK Importer or UK Manufacturer. Any products held in stock with the Manufacturer / UK Importer are sent within 1-2 working days from receipt of your order, if this changes we will contact you at the earliest possibility.

All items that are out of stock with ourselves, the UK manufacturer or Importer usually will take between 1-3 weeks on average to be either manufactured or delivered from the manufacturer. BTT Motorsport ranges a number of special made to order parts. If these items are out of stock it can take between 2 - 4 weeks to manufacture.

Orders with multiple items may occasionally be dispatched from different locations resulting in multiple deliveries. In these instances you will be notified of this in your email.

Delivery Addresses & Un-Deliverable Packages

Please note that all orders require a signature on delivery. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the goods. If you require goods sent to a location that differs from the billing address, please select it from the delivery location menu on the basket page before you place your order online.

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to BTT Motorsport.

For items dispatched via Royal Mail recorded delivery also require a signature. If nobody is present to accept delivery it will be returned to the local depot from where it will need to be collected. If uncollected within 14 days the package will be returned to BTT Motorsport.

Should a postal carrier return an un-deliverable package to us, BTT Motorsport will issue a full refund for your items (excluding delivery charges). If you still require the items you ordered, place another order on the BTT Motorsport website with a different shipping address.

Carriage Costs (UK)

Delivery prices can be viewed for all orders by adding the products you desire to the basket. From the basket page there is a section where you can "Estimate Shipping and Tax". Simply type your postcode into the relevant field and click on the "Get Quote" button. Once you have done this the cost of shipping will be displayed below the button.

All goods sent via our courier delivery service and are charged depending on the size and weight of the item(s) (UK Mainland only). Small products are dispatched via Royal Mail 'Recorded Delivery Service' and are charged depending on the size and weight of the item(s).

If you are ordering online, the carriage costs are automatically calculated and displayed to you before you place your order. If you are ordering by telephone, please confirm the carriage costs with the member of staff taking your order.

Carriage Costs (International)

BTT Motorsport can also ship internationally. All goods sent outside the UK mainland are sent via courier, taking approx 4-7 days for Europe. Shipping to countries outside the Europe may take longer. Most shipping prices for international addresses are set up so that you can check the shipping amount at the basket page. If a shipping value is not available through the site email the BTT Motorsport Sales Team and we will give you a quote..

Free Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

Items on our site displaying a FREE delivery message will be shipped to UK Mainland addresses at no cost. Additional charges may be levied for addresses such as the Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man (e.g.: postal codes AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH). All free delivery items are sent using our next day delivery courier service or by Royal mail via a recorded delivery service.

Returns, Replacements and Cancellations

Returns - Under 14 Days from Delivery

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 any order can be cancelled for a full refund from the moment you place your order. If you have received your goods and you have changed your mind they may be returned for a refund , credit or exchange subject to the following conditions:

    • We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.>
    • Items must be returned carriage paid. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc as you may require it in the event of a claim.
    • Items are received in a resaleable condition. You have a duty of care to look after the goods, keeping them in as new condition.(We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).
    • For any items that have been ordered by mistake and are being returned from outside the UK; the items must be returned with all import duties paid.. In the event that items are sent without import fees paid, we reserve the right to deduct this amount from any refund. Items will need to be marked as a return with all original export documents included.
    • Items returned after 14 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
    • All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Please help us to help you.

    Faulty Parts - Within Manufacturers Warranty Period

    We guarantee all goods against faulty materials and/or workmanship from the date of delivery subject to the terms of the manufacturers guarantee either as displayed on the goods or in accordance with the terms. These available from BTT Motorsport at the request of the Customer. Parts used outside their intended use are not subject to warranty. We reserve the right to make full or partial compensation at our sole discretion depending upon the condition and mileage used of the returned suspect parts. Where the guarantee is applicable you may be entitled to reject a faulty part within 30 days for a full refund. After this your warranty with the manufacturer kicks in. The manufacturer may require the parts back to evaluate the fault and then repair; or if deemed necessary replace the item with a new duplicate part.

    BTT Motorsport are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts and items must be returned carriage paid

    Products are not provided by BTT Motorsport on a trial basis. Any discrepancies with orders must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please note that BTT Motorsport cannot be held responsible for incompatibility issues or accept any responsibility for any consequential or indirect loss no matter how incurred.


    Please note that many manufacturer warranties are often only for road use and may be invalid if the product is used outside its intended use and/or for commercial use, racing, rally, drifting, trackday experience driving, or any other form of competition.


    We will under no circumstances accept responsibility for any defects whatsoever arising from misuse of any goods, incorrect fitment or arising out of circumstances outside the control of the Vendor. Parts should always be fitted by a competent mechanic. Please contact us before purchase if you would like clarification of your statutory rights.

    Incorrect Parts

    If we have supplied you with an incorrect part please contact us before returning the item with a cover note explaining the error. Please contact us for the correct address to ship your goods to.

    Once we have received the parts we shall arrange for the correct part to be sent to you. If postage receipts are included we will reimburse carriage costs incurred. Some heavy items are expensive to ship using services such as the post office. We can advise on the best method for returning your goods..

    If you require a refund this will be sent once we have received the parts from you .

    If you require the correct part to be sent to you before we receive back the incorrectly supplied item we will require payment for the replacement part which will be immediately refunded when we receive the incorrect part back.
