BTT EPAS electric power steering controller
This EPAS kit allows you to install Clio Mk2 electric power steering not only on Clio's which have hydraulic steering but also allows you to fit it onto any other car.
Kit compromises of the steering controller box, wires, weight adjustment knob, instructions and ecu plug (everything is already assembled). This kit also comes with an inline 50amp fuse, the fuse holder, plus nuts and terminals.
Simple fitting instructions are includes and allow the installer to follow a step by step guide on how to fit it. It could also be fitted by a novice.
This is a very popular upgrade for Clio 172 / 182 track vehicles. The heavy hydraulic steering system can be replaced by a electronic steering column from a 1.2/1.5 clio and this kit has everything you need to wire it up!
The steering weight is also fully adjustable using the adjustment knob which is included in the kit, giving you maximum flexibility and track feedback.
Turn the knob anti-clockwise for no steering assistance.
Turn the knob clockwise to gain maximum steering assistance.
Between these two settings, there are various steering assistance levels to suit your taste.
